Floral Birthday Cards (Using the Bouquet Die from Concord & 9th)

** Happy Weekend To All **

Thanks so much for stopping by!

I am really loving bright & vibrant colors, so it's only natural that this is reflected on my cards. I made a couple of beautiful floral birthday cards recently:

A Card For My Friend, Doreen (That she gave to her daughter)

I also made this vibrant birthday card for my sister, Shari:

Shari and I have a friendship that I cherish. She is such a loving and supportive friend to me. I can tell her everything, she always listens - we've been close since we were young. This is her:

The gorgeous Bouquet Die from Concord & 9th that I used:

Take a look at the video where I make this birthday card (or watch on my YouTube channel here):

I have to say that I am so impressed with this die, it cuts so cleanly. It is my first Concord & 9th product - I heard about their products from my friend, Tracie Pond who generously sent out cards to all interested, for World Kindness Day (November 13th). Yes, a thoughtful effort on her part that defines kindness itself. Visit Tracie's blog, Creations For Kindness, to see her amazing work and to learn more about her. I am so happy that I followed her lead to try Concord & 9th products - I know that I will definitely purchase more of their products!

  1. Hello Sheena, Sweet blog post. I am happy you have a good connection with your Sister. My Sisters are 20 hours from me, so they are really missed. Hope your friend liked her card. It is so beautiful, will all of the cheerful colors. Thank you so much for your sweetness in mentioning my blog. (((Hugs)))

    1. Thanks so much, Tracie - very happy that you like the post and the cards that I made! I am fortunate that my sister lives 2 hours away although we don't see each other as much as I'd like, when we do see each other we catch up with everything right away (I can tell her everything!). You are very welcome for mentioning your blog, I have been wanting to highlight your work before and your efforts to promote kindness, which is so very important. xoxo
